I went swimming with dolphins in Kaikoura. I was hoping to see three or four of them, I got a few more… It was mind blowing.

Things I have seen in New Zealand.

I spent my birthday hiking the Tongariro Crossing. It’s not really a crossing anymore since the volcano erupted last year, but it was still every bit as beautiful as I had hoped. Volcanoes are cool.

Our guide told us that the Bay of Islands is called the Bay of Islands because it’s a big bay with islands in it. (at Waewaetorea)

We just went out swimming and kayaking in the sea and bioluminescent plankton was glowing in trails from my paddle and fingers and legs. Oh, and the milky way tonight is amazing. 🌟✨🚣

Here’s me exchanging spirits with a rather large 800 year old kauri tree. It’s a Maori thing. I rather like it.
